Hey Fishermen,
Here is a quick report before we get into this weekend. We headed up to the patch today and we fished for about 2 hours. The problem was the fish that were coming through off the bottom. So I made a move to Seal Is. We had 3 good opportunities and hooked a beast during the last 3 hours of the ebb tide. After a 30 plus minute fight and over a half mile chase Steve landed the fish. Unfortunately it was over the mark. It was one of the heaviest fish I have seen in a long time. We then made the run to Ozol. We anchored up in 55 feet of water for the last 2 hours of our trip. After a little while Angela is on. She battles this fish for over 20 minutes. This is her very first sturgeon and her personnel best for any fish. The fish went 55 inches. All our action has been on eel. The weather is absolutely gorges. Come on out and get into some of the fun. I am full tomorrow but have some room on Sunday and on the holiday Monday. Enjoy the photos.
